About the Role:
Join Ready Set Jump Learning Center LLC as a Before and Afterschool Educator, where you will play a vital role in shaping young minds in a fun and supportive environment. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about fostering creativity and learning in children. Be part of a team that inspires and empowers the next generation!

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and engage students during before and after school programs.
  • Drive bus to drop and pick children up from school.
  • Plan and implement creative and educational activities.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Assist with homework and encourage academic growth.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.
  • Maintain a clean and organized space for learning and play.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance program offerings.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in education preferred.
  • Previous experience working with children in a group setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for child development.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late afternoons.
  • Background check clearance required.
