Job Description
The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking excited team members to join our After School Program in schools throughout Waco ISD. This is a rewarding opportunity to help children in your area learn and grow through play as well as build a rewarding career working with children!
The YMCA after-school programs offer a positive environment where kids in elementary schools can have fun while they learn and grow through play and we expect you to play and laugh along with them!
We are looking for outstanding role models to come and help us create a great place for K - 5th graders to grow and learn.
This part-time opportunity requires you to be available Monday - Friday from 2:30 - 6:30 pm. In the summer we transition to an all day program. In exchange for your time and willingness to have fun, we pay between $13 and $14 per hour, depending on your experience, and offer a number of great incentives including:

You'll get to lead groups of kids through exciting curriculum and activities such as painting, playing, coloring and singing. All we need from you is:
• A Positive attitude
• Willingness to get paid to play
• That you are at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Pay Rate: $13.00-$14.00/hour
