Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our General Managers are highly motivated and experienced individuals. They constantly strive to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards that positively impact Cowboy Chicken. 

We offer a structured 5-week training program. We will give you the proper tools and knowledge to succeed as a manager. Our stores close at 9 PM, so no late nights are required. You’ll be eligible for monthly bonuses 45 days after training.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

This is a full-time position, with about 50 - 55 hours of work per week expected.

  • High school or GED
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check required.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • 2 years of experience managing restaurant operations, financials, and control systems
  • 2 years of management or leadership experience coaching and mentoring team members

As the oldest operating Cowboy Chicken, we pride ourselves on serving fresh all-natural wood fire chicken in a friendly atmosphere.
