After School Associates are staff members who support and supervise students during after-school programs. They help with activities such as homework assistance, recreational games, arts and crafts, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children after regular school hours. Their responsibilities often include organizing activities, managing groups of students, and sometimes communicating with parents about student progress. After School Associates play a key role in providing enrichment and care for students outside of normal classroom time.
