Job description

We are seeking talented mid-level integration technicians on Back half(Wed-Sun) 1st shift to execute development and production integration and test activities of the Leo satellite in final integration.
Key job responsibilities
- Integration and test of the Leo satellite and various complex subassemblies in a cleanroom and ESD controlled environment
- Rigging and critical lifts of bulky, sensitive hardware
- Use precision calibrated tools - torque wrenches, multimeters, optical inspection devices, micrometers and calipers
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Perform work according to procedures, specifications, and test instructions
- Run functional and environmental testing on units, including some basic troubleshooting operations
- Use computer software programs for running tests
- Check and inspect your work after completion to ensure engineering and quality standards are met per the drawing and work instruction requirements
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to develop and document activities, including continuous improvement opportunities
- Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient, safe and effective work environment
Additional Requirements:
Willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed

Estimated shift time: 1st shift Sun-Wed 4 / 10s (6:00 am - 4:30 pm). Shifts may vary, depending on program needs
Able to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive assembly operations
Able to climb and down ladders, work in tight spaces, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position
Able to lift at least 25 lbs. unassisted
Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.


The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $33.50/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits are provided. This information is provided per the Washington State Pay Transparency Act

A day in the life
The Integration Technician II will work closely with cross-functional engineering, test, quality and operations teams on both first-article hardware development and production hardware integration processes. This position requires skill and experience in a variety of areas, including mechanical assembly, avionics integration, rigging, electrical checkouts and environmental testing

In short, you will be responsible for a majority of the most critical tasks to build the Leo satellite, ensuring high quality, workmanship and safety standards are adhered to on a daily basis.
