Event Supervisor
Pay Range - $ 21.40/hr
BASIC FUNCTION
Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Event Manager for our Sports and Entertainment venue, in Austin, Texas. The Event Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all cleaning and janitorial operations during event shifts at Moody Center Arena. This includes supervising and directing the event cleaning crew to ensure the facility is maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality during and after each event.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
  • The Event Supervisor reports directly to the Site Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organize, plan, and execute cleaning operations for assigned event shifts.
  • Supervise and direct a crew of 15 o more people.
  • Conduct walk-through inspections throughout the shift to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Communicate productivity, safety, and quality standards and enforce them consistently.
  • Ensure all supplies, equipment, and labor are available before and during each event.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings with team leaders and employees.
  • Respond promptly to client requests and maintain a service-oriented mindset at all times.
  • Maintain records for assigned shifts - checklists, sign-in/sign-out forms, labor reports, inspection reports, and team schedules.
  • Provide on-the-job training and communicate company and client policies and procedures.
  • Report all accidents, injuries, or incidents immediately to the Site Manager.
  • Maintain equipment in good condition and report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
  • Ensure employees complete and sign off on checklists for job completion.
  • Basic computer skills - must be comfortable using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and communication apps.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish required. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and complete all tasks effectively.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by the Site Manager.
