We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist, preferably from the Philippines or South Africa, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in optimizing opportunities, developing proposals and managing the process from inception to completion, all while contributing to busineess marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
1.  Conduct thorough research to identify  opportunities that align with the companyโ€™s strengths and strategic goals.
   - Monitor various sources for new opportunities
   - Maintain an updated calendar of deadlines and ensure all opportunities are reviewed promptly.
   - Assist in lead generation and qualification of prospects to support business development initiatives.
   - Develop content and strategies to engage potential clients and partners.
   - Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure sustained business growth.
   - Write and edit proposals, ensuring clarity, coherence, and alignment with RFP and business development strategies.
   - Develop persuasive content that effectively communicates the companyโ€™s value propositions, solutions, and differentiators.
   - Track progress of each opportunity, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones.
   - Use project management tools to manage tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress.
   - Schedule and facilitate regular status meetings to discuss timelines, deliverables, and address potential roadblocks.
   - Conduct final reviews and quality checks of all  documents to ensure compliance and completeness.
   - Manage the submission process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of proposals.
   - Maintain records of submitted RFPs, including feedback and outcomes for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP coordination, or business development.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving business growth.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Experience working with international clients and teams is a plus.
