New fine dining restaurant and gourmet market opening seeks an operations-focused Bar Manager who is a modern beverage aficionado to join their team.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in high-volume, fine dining restaurant beverage leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, bar operations, and beverage profitability.
  • Polished, hands-on leader with strong floor presence and team development skills.
  • Sommelier certification a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and evolve the wine and beverage program to drive revenue and guest engagement.
  • Oversee bar operations, cost control, compliance, stock management, and beverage P&L.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sommelier and bar team.
  • Run operations during service, upselling, and team leadership
