To thrive as an Aesthetic Nurse RN, you need a valid RN license, a strong understanding of facial anatomy, and training in cosmetic procedures such as injectables and laser treatments. Familiarity with devices like lasers, dermal fillers, and patient management software is typically required, along with certifications in aesthetic nursing or specialized courses.
