Do you have experience with drug testing, occupational health, or medical terminology. We are hiring a detail-oriented coordinator to help manage drug screening, physical exam, and occupational health results by working with clinics and laboratories nationwide. JOB SUMMARY The Drug Testing & Occupational Health (DTOH) Specialist plays a critical role in coordinating with third-party laboratories and clinics nationwide to obtain and process drug screening, physical exam, and other occupational health results.

This position requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and discretion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Follow up with laboratories and clinics to obtain drug screening, physical exam, and related test results Manage inbound and outbound phone calls with external partners and internal teams Enter, review, and finalize drug test results and occupational health reports within the electronic tracking system Ensure accurate data entry and verification of all test information Apply analytical and investigative thinking to gather, confirm, and document results Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent professional verbal & written communication skills with a client/customer focus Ability to handle confidential medical information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working in drug testing, occupational health, or laboratory environment. Knowledge of DOT drug testing procedures Familiarity with medical terminology Prior call center or customer service experience Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also excelling in a team-oriented setting..
