Physician (Aerospace Medical Physician) - Aerospace Medical Research (AMR17)

ProSidian Seeks a Physician (Aerospace Medical Physician) - Aerospace Medical Research (AMR17) headquartered near CONUS - Oklahoma City, OK to support requirements for Aerospace and Defense Sector Clients.

This CONUS - Oklahoma City, OK | Physician (Aerospace Medical Physician) - Aerospace Medical Research (AMR17) Contract Contingent position currently best aligns with the Physician (Aerospace Medical Physician) Labor Category. Ideal candidates exhibit the ability to visualize, analyze, and convert data and experiences to meet performance challenges while confidently engaging in productive "Jugaad" and dialogue targeting mission success. ProSidian Team Members work to provide Gov't. - Federal (USA) Sector related Human Capital Solutions for Aerospace Medical Research and Technical Support Services on behalf of The Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI).

Physician (Aerospace Medical Physician) - Aerospace Medical Research (AMR17) Candidates shall work to support requirements for (Aerospace Medical Research Services) and shall work as part of a team in support of Aerospace Medical Research efforts. The candidate will complete tasks and activities contributing to deliverables and core mission functions in the Aerospace Medical Research space.

Must perform the following tasks as required by the CAMI Protection and Survival Laboratory with minimal direction:

  • Serve as an aerospace medical subject matter expert, providing professional consulting services to other researchers, the Office of Aviation Medicine, and other government agencies.
  • Provide leadership for the planning, design and execution of complex research projects and the analysis of results.
  • Author research manuscripts and deliver briefings and presentations to technical and professional groups or organizations.
  • The contractor will provide all notes, data, results, analyses, reports and other documentation to the Medical Team lead.

Education: An MD or DO degree. An advanced degree in a research related discipline is desirable.

4-years' experience as a principal investigator in medical research, 2-years of experience involving large data sets using multivariate statistics.

2-years' experience as a designated FAA Aviation Medical Examiner.

U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen

Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program)

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)

All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a "Facility Access Authorization" (also referred to as an "Employment Authorization") by the USG's designated Security Office.

Other Requirements and Conditions of Employment Apply

May be required to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement

Must be able to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements, up to a Top Secret or "Q" clearance.
