As a Sr Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced engineering support for various projects and initiatives.  In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all engineering support requirements are met.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in advanced NPI Project management and NPI Product Development, demonstrating a consistent record of success in managing complex projects, software deployment, business management, managing SaaS based projects, customer funded projects.
  • Expert knowledge of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a focus on optimizing project delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex engineering problems effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage NPI Software Project Management end to end, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
  • Drive Key regional expansion programs, Upgrade/Migrate plan for Existing Install Base, driving key strategic customer pilot programs end to end for Proof of Value demonstration.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex engineering challenges.
  • Collaborate with offering, software deployment leaders to ensure to update periodically the business NPI software scorecard with global and regional breakdown for connected applications NPI.
  • Collaborate and handhold all x-functional teams from Offering, Engineering, Marketing, Deployment, Operations for successful launch and customer adoption.
  • Drive roadmap realization through successful NPI execution which includes managing the early adopters with various cross functions / customers for value validation and business case realization.
