Role Overview 

We believe people should love what they do - in this role, you will be responsible for providing program support by working closely with Project Managers, Program Managers and Project Engineers. This position can be an entry into the Program Management career track or other areas such as Finance, Contracts, Business Development, etc.

We are seeking a detail-orientedCDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) Leadfor the T-7A Maintenance Training System program. The role is responsible for managing all contractual data deliverables, ensuring compliance with defense regulation. Serving as a liaison between government customers, contractors, and internal teams, the CDRL Lead ensures accurate, timely, and secure data delivery while optimizing workflows to meet critical program objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 

       Serve as the primary authority for managing all CDRL deliverables, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and customer contract specifications. 

       Interpret and analyze government contracts (DIDs, CDRLs) and establish workflows to meet all requirements. 

       Develop and maintain CDRL data tracking processes in line with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring timely delivery. 

       Partner with program management, technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate contributions for all deliverables in alignment with program milestones. 

       Perform reviews for accuracy, formatting, completeness, and compliance with contractual or legal criteria. 

       Closely supports PM team and collaborates with other functions including engineering, scheduling, contracts, procurement, manufacturing and finance

       Participates in and supports preparation of customer and internal reviews

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

       Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent military/defense experience). 

       2 years of relevant experience

       Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). 

Preferred Qualifications: 

       Experience managing CDRLs and program deliverables

       Experience operating and managing documents in PLM software (i.e., Dassault Systemes or similar systems)

       Familiarity with security classification designations and markings required for unclassified or classified programs
