Job description

Location: [Livonia Michigan | USA Remote]
Experience: 10–15+ years

About the Role

We’re seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead and manage PLM and enterprise application projects, including Teamcenter data migration, CAD conversion, and system implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical grounding in the Siemens PLM ecosystem with proven project management leadership, capable of managing timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations across complex, multi-track engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for Siemens PLM/enterprise application projects (Teamcenter migration, CAD conversion, implementations, upgrades)
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams — technical specialists, data migration engineers, QA, and business stakeholders
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and delays; proactively resolve technical and resource bottlenecks
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing status updates, escalation management, and expectation-setting
  • Drive Agile/Waterfall project methodologies as appropriate, including sprint planning, status reporting, and governance
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and documentation standards are met throughout project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with account/business unit leadership on resource planning, forecasting, and delivery strategy
Requirements
  • 10–15+ years of experience in project management within PLM, PDM, or enterprise application environments
  • Mandatory: Hands‑on experience within the Siemens ecosystem — Teamcenter (implementation/migration), NX, and/or Siemens PLM‑related enterprise applications
  • Proven experience managing PLM implementations, data migration projects (specifically Teamcenter), or CAD conversion initiatives (Creo to NX)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, integration, and data management concepts
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience managing distributed/offshore‑onshore delivery teams
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar PM tools
Nice to Have
  • Domain experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial engineering
  • Active Workspace experience within the Teamcenter environment
  • Six Sigma or Agile/Scrum certification
What We Offer
  • PM role with direct impact on program
  • Opportunity to work with marquee global clients on transformative PLM/engineering programs
  • Competitive compensation with performance‑linked incentives
  • Compensation range $120‑$160K
