This company manufactures injection-molded products for the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll prep and sand aerospace windows and plastic components—an essential part of ensuring the quality and safety of finished aerospace parts.

This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers competitive pay, benefits upon permanent hire, and a stable work environment where your contributions are valued. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on paint prep experience who wants to advance within a growing aerospace company.

Aerospace Paint Prep Duties:
  • Sand and paint prep aerospace windows
  • Utilize a media blaster to prep plastic surfaces
  • Utilize sandpaper and electric sanders to detail parts
Schedule:
  • Swing Shift
  • Monday to Thursday, 3:15pm – 1:45am
Pay: $22 per hour

Aerospace Paint Prep Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in paint prep in a manufacturing environment
  • Comfortable utilizing hand tools, including orbital sanders and media/sand blasting equipment
  • High attention to detail
