Responsibilities:
Design tools using solid modeling for Machining and Tube Assembly fabrication.
Identify solutions to improve production efficiencies
Maintain existing engineering records and designs
Support the manufacturing process of all designs
Support testing such as proof and leak, and functional checkouts
Support Inspection Department (Geometric tolerancing and GD&T)
Coordinate with other Engineers and Management
Support Customer reviews
Working knowledge of machining processes; lathe, milling, CNC programming
Working knowledge of Welding and Heat Treating processes.
Working knowledge of QA Inspection.

• Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings.

• Knowledge of 3D Printing, 3D Design.
Education and Experience
• Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering
• Five (5) years experience as Manufacturing Engineer in a related manufacturing environment with Machine Shop and Sheet Metal Fabrication experience.
