Reliability Engineer Intern
Job Description:
Support the performance of product qualification testing of semiconductor circuits:
โ€ข Identify and prepare samples for tests
โ€ข Develop test fixtures and/or circuit boards for qualification tests as required; may include mechanical assembly and soldering
โ€ข Make DC and RF electrical measurements
โ€ข Execute qualification and/or reliability tests
โ€ข Perform statistical analysis of measurement results
โ€ข Support failure analysis as required
โ€ข Report results, including recommendations for improvement
Job Qualifications:
โ€ข Completion of at least two years of a traditional four-year degree program, majoring in EE, Physics, Materials Science, or other technical discipline
โ€ข Basic understanding of electrical measurements
โ€ข Basic understanding of electronic principals, including understanding of semiconductor devices
โ€ข Basic computer programming skills desired
โ€ข Familiarity with data analysis software tools, such as Excel, MathCad, Minitab or JMP desired
โ€ข Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
