Job description

We’re looking for a Structural & Payload Design Engineer to support aircraft payload systems and interior design.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and modify aircraft structural and interior payload components using 3D CAD
  • Support aircraft cabin and cargo engineering design activities
  • Work with CATIA and engineering data/release systems
  • Support production, manufacturing, testing, and supplier activities
  • Help develop and maintain engineering requirements and design solutions
  • Work with cross-functional engineering and production teams
  • Support design integration and validation throughout the product lifecycle

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil, Materials, or related Engineering
  • 5+ years of engineering experience
  • Experience with CATIA / 3D CAD
  • Aerospace, aircraft, interiors, structures, or cargo experience is highly preferred
  • Experience with engineering data management, PDM, or release processes
  • Knowledge of design for manufacturing and production support
  • FAA Part 25 / EASA experience is a plus
