Job Title: Test & Evaluation Analytics Engineer

Location: Multiple locations across United States
Job Type: Full-Time / Contract

Note: We are looking for candidates who are eligible for Top Secret Clearance

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Test & Evaluation Analytics Engineer to support advanced aerospace testing programs. This role focuses on analyzing mission and flight test data to support both developmental testing (DT) and operational testing (OT) activities.

The ideal candidate will bridge aerospace engineering and data analytics, contributing to mission validation, performance assessment, and continuous improvement of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Developmental Test (DT) and Operational Test (OT) activities
  • Analyze flight test and mission data to evaluate system performance
  • Develop post-flight analytics and performance reports
  • Build dashboards and visualization tools for test data insights
  • Support verification and validation (V&V) of mission systems and software
  • Identify anomalies, trends, and performance gaps in test data
  • Collaborate with engineering, test pilots, and mission teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and analytics processes

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Understanding of test and evaluation processes (DT/OT)
  • Experience working with flight test or mission data
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Background in Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • Exposure to flight test environments and mission systems
  • Experience with post-flight data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with defence or regulated industry programs
  • Knowledge of sensor data and telemetry analytics
