Le/la Designer Composite Senior sera responsable de la conception, du developpement et de la mise en plan de pieces et assemblages composites, en collaboration etroite avec les equipes d'ingenierie, de fabrication, de methodes et de qualite.
The Senior Composite Designer will be responsible for the design, development, and drafting of composite parts and assemblies, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, methods, and quality teams.
LES TACHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR
Realiser la conception 3D et la mise en plan 2D de pieces, composants et assemblages en materiaux composites.
Concevoir des pieces en tenant compte des contraintes de fabrication, d'assemblage, de maintenance et de certification aeronautique.
Developper et modifier des modeles CAO a partir des exigences clients, des donnees d'ingenierie et des specifications techniques.
Produire les plans de definition, dossiers techniques et donnees de fabrication necessaires a la production.
Participer a la definition des stratifies, epaisseurs, orientations des plis, inserts, zones de renfort et interfaces d'assemblage, en collaboration avec les ingenieurs composites.
Effectuer les modifications de conception necessaires a la suite des analyses, essais, non-conformites ou retours de production.
Assurer la conformite des conceptions avec les normes, specifications et exigences applicables au secteur aeronautique.
Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes de stress, materiaux/composites, methodes, fabrication et qualite.
Participer aux revues de conception et apporter son expertise technique sur les problematiques liees a la conception composite.
Analyser les problematiques rencontrees en production et proposer des solutions de design permettant d'ameliorer la fabricabilite, la qualite et les couts.
Assurer la gestion et la mise a jour des donnees techniques dans les systemes de gestion de configuration.
Participer a l'amelioration continue des standards de conception et des processus de developpement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation for composite parts, components, and assemblies.
Develop design solutions while considering manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, and aerospace certification requirements.
Create, modify, and update CAD models based on customer requirements, engineering data, and technical specifications.
Prepare definition drawings, technical documentation, and manufacturing data required for production.
Contribute to the definition of laminates, thicknesses, ply orientations, inserts, reinforcements, and assembly interfaces, in collaboration with composite engineers.
Implement required design changes following analyses, testing, non-conformities, or production feedback.
Ensure that design solutions comply with applicable aerospace industry standards, specifications, and requirements.
Work closely with stress, materials/composites, methods, manufacturing, and quality teams.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise on issues related to composite parts and structures.
Investigate production-related issues and recommend design improvements aimed at optimizing manufacturability, quality, and costs.
Maintain and update technical data and documentation within configuration management systems.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards and development processes.
Requirements
VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL A NOTRE REUSSITE
Formation technique en genie mecanique, conception mecanique ou genie aeronautique
Minimum de 10 ans d'experience en conception de pieces ou de structures composites, idealement dans le secteur aeronautique.
Excellente maitrise d'un logiciel de CAO, notamment CATIA ou SOLIDWORKS.
Solide comprehension des materiaux composites et de leur comportement dans le cadre de la conception.
Capacite a lire et interpreter des plans, specifications techniques et exigences d'ingenierie.
Experience dans des environnements de conception soumis a des exigences de gestion de configuration, de tracabilite et de certification aeronautique.
Esprit analytique, rigueur et souci du detail.
Experience en mentorat, encadrement ou soutien technique aupres de designers juniors, un atout.
YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS
Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or Aerospace Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of experience designing composite parts or structures, ideally within the aerospace industry.
Excellent proficiency in CAD software, particularly CATIA or SOLIDWORKS.
Strong understanding of composite materials and their behavior in the context of design.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and engineering requirements.
