Job description

  • Develop and execute global customer and key account strategies aligned with company objectives, including pricing and opportunity pipeline initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders across global organizations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for select transparency accounts, managing contracts, presentations, and customer communications
  • Drive performance to KPIs such as revenue, volume, and earnings
  • Contribute to demand forecasts and budget planning
  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, engineering, product development, operations, and finance
  • Support customer engagement activities, including trade shows, seminars, training, and events
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop quotations and value proposals based on customer requirements
  • Report to the Global Business Director Commercial Transparencies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or another related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience
  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful experience in a customer-facing role
  • Aerospace-specific industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing successful account management strategies in a global industry
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support global customers
  • Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply
