Job description

You will be the Associate Aeronautical Engineering Manager for the Subsystem Integrity Team which is responsible for advancing structural integrity across our aircraft programs.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Associate Aeronautical Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading the Subsystem Integrity Team within the Structural Analysis Organization, balancing managerial responsibilities with handson technical execution.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Mentor and develop earlycareer engineers through performance assessments, career guidance, and recognition programs.

  • Oversee administrative functions, including compensation actions, awards, and behavioral followup.

  • Plan and manage training activities that build technical and leadership capabilities.

  • Identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement within the team.

  • Execute technical analyses and contribute subjectmatter expertise to subsystem integrity initiatives.
