Aerial laborers are workers who perform tasks at elevated heights, often on utility poles, towers, or other structures. Their duties typically include installing, maintaining, and repairing overhead cables, wires, or equipment for utilities such as electricity, telecommunications, or cable services. The job requires specialized safety training, the use of climbing gear or aerial lifts, and a strong focus on safety protocols to prevent falls or accidents. Aerial laborers work in a variety of weather conditions and must be comfortable with heights and physical activity.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an aerial laborer, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Aerial Laborer, you need physical fitness, comfort with working at heights, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
