Job description

Certified Boom Lift Operator — Exterior Window Cleaning (Massachusetts)

We are seeking an experienced, certified boom lift operator to join our team and perform independent exterior window and frame cleaning work on commercial and large residential buildings throughout Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating aerial lifts, working at height, and performing meticulous cleaning of windows and surrounding frames while observing strict safety standards.


Primary responsibilities:



  • Operate boom lifts and other aerial work platforms safely and efficiently to access building exteriors.

  • Clean windows, frames, sills, and adjacent exterior surfaces to a high standard, using appropriate detergents and tools.

  • Work independently on job sites, managing time and quality without constant supervision.

  • Coordinate with project supervisors and general contractors on site to meet schedule and safety requirements.

  • Perform basic equipment checks and report any mechanical or safety issues promptly.


Requirements:



  • Current boom lift certification and demonstrable experience operating aerial lifts at commercial building heights.

  • Must have your own reliable vehicle to travel to job sites located throughout all of Massachusetts.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and understood) to communicate with crews and contractors.

  • Commitment to safe work practices and willingness to follow company safety policies.

Pay will depend on your level of experience and certifications; we offer competitive compensation and consistent work.
