Job Requirements :
5-7 Front end exp
2-3 AEM exp
Proven experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and implementation.
Experience with AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows.
Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Knowledge of accessibility (e.g. WCAG 2.2) best practices
Work closely with business analysts to understand their requirements, design solutions, and determine future strategies for architecture and application development.
- Collaborate with team members to translate requirements into technical designs that map to enterprise-level architecture components.
- Leverage a deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager WCM to develop components ready to support sites with enterprise-level availability and high traffic.
- Diagnose and solve technical problems related to the CMS implementation.
- Work with members of different teams diagnosing, debugging, and upgrading complex systems, and participating in researching build, deployment, and operational issues.
- Collaborate with other technical teams on responsibilities for application deployment, performance, monitoring, reliability, and scalability.
- Work with technology, product, and business partners to design and develop reusable templates, components, and services.
- Work within strict timelines to solve and deliver critical issues.
- Work with teams on different time zones to support high traffic sites.
