Key Responsibilities:

  • Post all incoming payments (wires, ACH, checks and credit cards)
  • Apply payments
  • Offset credits
  • Track and resolve outstanding payment issues and generate aging reports
  • Work closely with the credit team to reconcile customer accounts.
  • Prepare EFT Draft report and send weekly notices to customers
  • Typical work schedule from 8:00 to 5:00pm


Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required, Associates degree in business, finance preferred
  • Attention to detail critical
  • 1 - 2 years experience in cash applications, treasury, accounting
  • Knowledge of / experience with SAGE highly desired
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office
