• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that promote healing and growth.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy modalities to provide individual therapy, adapting techniques to meet the unique circumstances and preferences of each client.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, continuously tracking progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Deliver teletherapy sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and confidential environment conducive to open communication.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including treatment notes and progress reports, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in professional development opportunities, attending training and workshops to stay updated on the latest mental health practices and improve clinical skills.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse population consisting of adults and youth dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. This role allows you to make a significant impact on clients’ lives by facilitating their journey toward healing and resilience.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience is essential, preferably in a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals and families.
• Proficiency in collaborating with diverse healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.

• Experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
