Oracle HCM Cloud Advisory Lead

Salary is between $140k to $150k Gross
Required Experience
  • 15+ years of experience in HR transformation, enterprise consulting, HR technology strategy, Oracle HCM Cloud advisory, or large-scale cloud implementation programs.
  • 8+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience, with exposure to multiple HCM modules and enterprise transformation programs.
  • Proven experience engaging with CHRO, CXO, senior HR, IT, finance, payroll, and business executives.
  • Experience leading or advising large, complex Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, assessments, rollouts, migrations, or optimization programs.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, global HR operating models, shared services, employee experience, payroll dependencies, compliance, data, integrations, reporting, and change management.
  • Ability to shape transformation strategy, build business cases, define value drivers, and convert advisory recommendations into executable implementation roadmaps.
  • Experience in executive governance, steering committee presentations, design authority forums, program assurance, and transformation risk management.
  • Strong consulting background with experience in solution shaping, proposal development, pre-sales, client presentations, and senior stakeholder management.

Mandatory Skills: Oracle Fusion Apps - HCM.
Experience: >10 YEARS.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
