Senior Consultant - Technology Transformation Advisory 
The Senior Consultant - Technology Transformation Advisory partners with clients to solve complex business and technology challenges, develop strategic recommendations, and help shape practical roadmaps that accelerate transformation from vision through execution.
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology strategy, and transformation execution. The Senior Consultant will assess current-state challenges, develop future-state recommendations, and build practical roadmaps that connect strategy to execution.
The ideal candidate combines consulting rigor, business acumen, technology fluency, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
Support and lead portions of client engagements focused on digital transformation, technology modernization, cloud strategy, operating model evolution, and enterprise change initiatives.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, assessments, and discovery sessions to evaluate current-state challenges and identify transformation opportunities.
Analyze business, technology, process, and organizational data to develop actionable recommendations grounded in client objectives and measurable outcomes.
Create executive-ready deliverables including maturity assessments, transformation roadmaps, business cases, operating model recommendations, governance frameworks, and decision-support materials.
Translate business priorities into practical transformation initiatives spanning cloud, data, AI, application modernization, and operational excellence.
Structure complex client challenges into logical workstreams, analyses, recommendations, and implementation pathways.
Collaborate across advisory, cloud, engineering, data & AI, managed services, change, and design teams. 
Support proposal development, solution shaping, and client presentations.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development initiatives.

Requirements
6-9 years of relevant consulting or technology transformation experience.
Experience supporting client-facing engagements in digital transformation, cloud strategy, or technology modernization.
Strong understanding of enterprise technologies including cloud, data, and AI platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience creating executive-level deliverables such as roadmaps, business cases, and assessments.
Ability to work independently and manage workstreams.
Willingness to travel based on client and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field. 
MBA or relevant graduate degree. 
Experience in a consulting firm, digital consultancy, or major systems integrator. 
Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystems, Azure, data modernization, or AI-enabled transformation. 
Experience connecting advisory work to implementation or managed services programs.
