Job Details Salary: $50,000 to $150,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Indianapolis, IN 46227 Position Overview As a Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager, you will provide courteous and professional service to customers, accurately identifying vehicle service needs and promoting appropriate services, parts, and accessories. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential in this role. Primary Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival. Inspect vehicles and review service history to determine required services. Promote relevant services, parts, and accessories based on customer needs. Provide accurate cost estimates and completion times, securing customer authorization. Monitor service progress and communicate updates or adjustments to customers.
