Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused financial advisor assitant to join our wealth management practice in Northbrook, IL. This role serves as the operational backbone of our firm, delivering exceptional administrative support to our advisory team and providing white-glove service to our high-net-worth clients. Duties to include:


  • Client Service & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client requests, scheduling reviews, and onboarding new clients.
  • Account Operations: Prepare and process account openings, transfer paperwork (ACATs), money movements (wires, ACH, distribution requests), and beneficiary updates.
  • Meeting Preparation: Assemble financial reports, review agendas, and presentation materials ahead of advisor-client meetings.
  • Compliance & CRM Management: Maintain accurate client records in CRM (Redtail), log communications, and ensure compliance with FINRA/SEC regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendar scheduling, incoming correspondence, and general office workflow.
