About This Job
This position provides administrative support to Financial Advisors responsible for investment sales.
Essential Functions
  • Partner with Financial Advisor to prepare for client meetings, preparing documents and capturing information needed for follow-up actions
  • Manage retail referrals by connecting with prospects, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed tracking of referral status
  • Gather client data for financial planning, generate plans, and assist in delivering results for advisor review and discussion
  • Run, analyze, summarize, and act on proactive reports to support advisor decision-making
  • Execute trades as directed by the Financial Advisor or client
  • Prepare advisory review reports and coordinate scheduling of client review meetings
  • Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and service requests
  • Support both internal and external client communications, including handling phone calls
  • Organize and lead large initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Advisor-Assistant partnership

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in processing or customer service, preferably in banking, finance, insurance, or investment
  • Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 license required
