Job description

About Wisepath Recruiting (a specialized recruiting division of Wisepath Group). We have been exclusively retained to recruit for a premier, established wealth management practice aligned with OneAmerica Financialยฎ.

Our client firm operates under a specialized macroeconomic planning philosophy that prioritizes protection-first strategies, strategic cash-flow, and tax efficiency. This role is a direct-hire placement with our client agency, offering a structured transition program, full back-office administrative support, and localized marketing assistance.

We are seeking an experienced, active Financial Advisor looking to transition their practice into an independent business-owner model without the burden of managing overhead alone. You will inherit a robust local brand, state-of-theโ€‘art financial modeling technology, and direct mentorship to help scale your operations and build longโ€‘term enterprise equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive macroeconomic financial planning and wealth management guidance to individuals, families, and business owners.
  • Analyze complex client situations to design custom assetโ€‘protection, retirement income, and estateโ€‘planning solutions.
  • Foster and expand regional client networks by utilizing the firmโ€™s localized CPA alliances and marketing channels.
  • Deliver highโ€‘touch relationship management to ensure exceptional client retention and longโ€‘term satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 6 and 63/65) registrations.
  • Active State Life & Health Insurance License.
  • 3+ years of experience as a producing Financial Advisor with a clean regulatory record (FINRA BrokerCheck).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to a consultative, relationshipโ€‘first planning process.
Compensation & Professional Development
  • Transition financing and highly competitive commission payout schedules.
  • Access to shared corporate office space and administrative assistant support.
  • Direct pathways for book acquisition and structured practice succession planning.
  • Estimated Compensation: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year. This is an entrepreneurial, performanceโ€‘based compensation model featuring highly competitive commission structures, feeโ€‘sharing splits, and passive residual income. Transition financing is available for qualified advisors transitioning an existing book of business.

We are committed to equal opportunity and diversity in the workplace. We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or veteran status. All inquiries and applications are kept confidential.
