Job description

  • Lead a customer outreach process involving calls and emails to build and manage external customer relationships with continued account support
  • Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase usage and advertising spend on Reddit
  • Use training resources to stay current on product knowledge
  • Use data to manage, review, and report on pipeline to the manager weekly, including a forecast and plan to achieve targets
  • Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
  • Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM
  • Build and manage internal MarketStar team and external client counterpart relationships
  • Prepare and run monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reviews with internal MarketStar peers and leadership
  • Use data to drive planning and success
  • Provide customer sentiment insights, product feedback, and key industry learnings internally and externally
Requirements
  • Strong time and project management organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships
