Job description

We are seeking a high-energy Project Manager to lead process management for end-to-end multichannel advertising campaigns for a major retail account. In this role, you will guide projects from the initial strategy brief through creative development, production and final asset delivery.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and understands how to balance project management with the flexibility that creative work demands. You’ll develop, maintain and continuously evolve project timelines across every phase of complex campaigns, ensuring teams stay aligned and work moves forward efficiently. As a client-facing Project Manager, you’ll present timelines, answer questions and partner with Brand Leadership and Creative teams to proactively keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Navigation:Act as a bridge between clients, Brand Leadership, and internal teams, scheduling and facilitating review loops and translating technical production requirements into clear creative requirements and deliverables
  • Multichannel Pacing: Balance high-volume, always-on workstreams with complex, large-scale seasonal initiatives, effectively managing cross-departmental resources to maintain consistent team velocity and output quality
  • Brand Governance: Ensure creative adherence to proper creative templates and brand guidelines
  • Trafficking & Deployment:Coordinate the final hand-off to media partners, ensuring every asset meets technical specs, naming conventions, and tracking requirements; ensure final assets are properly stored on agency server and client’s DAM
  • Risk Management:Track campaign and project burn rates while proactively identifying risks to keep projects profitable and on schedule

The ideal candidate is an organized, collaborative Project Manager who excels at keeping complex assignments moving from strategy through campaign execution.

  • Campaign Expertise:4+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused onintegrated marketing campaignsor high-velocity retail accounts
  • Digital Production Knowledge:Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and how a concept evolves into a set of technical specs ready for trafficking across various media platforms
  • Operational Agility: Ability to manage changing priorities and pivot while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Campaign Management: Deep understanding of integrated campaign workflows with a mastery of PM software (Monday.com, Jira, Asana, and/or Smartsheet) as well as the client’s workflow systems (including Workfront)
  • High Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy, ensuring deliverables meet brand, technical and business requirements
  • Communication Leadership: Strong verbal and written skills to lead conversations, inspire creative teams, and de-escalate high-pressure situations with grace
  • Bilingual: fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement
