Job Title: Global Supply Chain Manager

Location: Reno, Nevada

Day to day

We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Manager to support procurement and supply chain operations within a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment. This role will focus on the sourcing and purchasing of services, consumables, specialty materials, and project-related requirements across capital projects and operational facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing procurement activities including purchase requests, purchase orders, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, cost targets, and operational requirements.
  • Supporting supplier selection, bid management, RFP processes, and change order management.
  • Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and long-term value.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, finance, operations, and project management teams.
  • Conducting cost analysis, spend tracking, forecasting, and procurement reporting to support data-driven decision making.
  • Monitoring supply chain performance metrics including delivery, inventory, supplier quality, and cost efficiencies.
  • Supporting sourcing activities within capital projects, manufacturing, and operational environments.
  • Travelling domestically and internationally as required to support supplier visits, project sites, and negotiations.


Requierments

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, or Construction-related roles.
  • Experience sourcing services, consumables, commodities, or materials within project-based or capital-intensive industries.
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills.
  • Advanced analytical and Excel skills with experience using data to drive procurement decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within EPC, manufacturing, or capital projects environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa is advantageous.
  • Supply chain certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM are beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organisation.
