Overview

OUTFRONT Media is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Minneapolis sales team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in advertising, media, or sales while gaining hands-on experience across campaign strategies, client partnerships, and revenue operations. As a key member of the sales organization, you'll collaborate with Account Executives, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to execute high-impact advertising campaigns and help drive business growth. Successful candidates are naturally curious, solution-oriented, and excited to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where their work directly impacts client success and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to develop compelling media plans, proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials that support business growth and campaign success.
  • Help turn client objectives into successful media campaigns by coordinating pre-sale and post-sale activities, ensuring seamless activation from proposal to launch.
  • Deliver exceptional client and agency support through proactive communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to creating a positive customer experience.
  • Support sales planning and business development efforts by maintaining accurate records, tracking opportunities, and assisting with reporting and forecasting.
  • Leverage market, audience, and consumer insights to help inform sales strategy, strengthen client recommendations, and identify new opportunities.
  • Learn and utilize industry-leading sales, research, and business tools to support decision-making, campaign planning, and revenue growth.
  • Stay informed on advertising, media, and local market trends to help enhance client strategies and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across the sales organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Account Executives, internal partners, advertising agencies, media buyers, and clients to foster collaboration and long-term success.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for the sales team by communicating clearly, managing requests, and helping drive projects to completion.
  • Represent OUTFRONT Media with professionalism, collaboration, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities that support team objectives while creating opportunities for professional growth and skill development.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • 1-2 years of professional experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Interest in advertising, media, marketing, sales, communications, or related fields
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in advertising, marketing, media, and sales
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Slack are a huge plus but not required. Familiarity with other CRM, collaboration, or sales technology platforms is also desirable.
  • Exposure to advertising, media, marketing, sales, or related industries is helpful but not required; we value curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
