What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Full-time English Copywriter to join our creative services team in our Atlanta, GA office. We value bold, innovative thinkers who are passionate about crafting stories that connect with audiences across diverse platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Crafting and editing original, accurate, and engaging copy that meets client and company needs within deadlines.
  • Developing 360° concepts from scratch that can evolve into full campaigns, while aligning with client goals and resonating with target audiences.
  • Collaborating closely with graphic designers to bring concepts to life, from ideation to final presentation to stakeholders and clients.
  • Interpreting creative briefs to produce compelling concepts and execution strategies for assigned brands.
  • Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings.
  • Writing and editing content for a wide range of marketing and communication materials.
  • Providing the ability to evaluate images and layouts produced by the Graphic Designers to ensure they align with your vision and the written concept.
  • Collaborating with account managers, research, project managers and creative staff from concept development to final product delivery.
  • Presenting copy concepts and final deliverables to the Creative Director, internal teams or stakeholders, and ultimately to clients. Occasionally participating in client pitches.
  • Revising copy content based on feedback from internal teams and/or external sources.
  • Writing for various platforms and channels with versatility and creativity.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience working in highly collaborative, integrated teams at mid-size advertising or digital agencies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of copywriting experience, ideally in advertising or digital agencies.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Power Point.
  • Exceptional grammar skills and a strong understanding of English language rules.
  • Solid understanding of digital interfaces, responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile), interactivity, and basic UX/UI principles.
  • Outstanding conceptual thinking and creativity.
  • Ability to oversee an entire project, beyond the copywriting portion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and make decisions when needed.
  • A willingness and ability to stay updated on the latest advertising visual and copy trends to ensure creative work is both forward-thinking and timeless.
