Digital Advertising & Analytics Specialist
Summary
Our client is seeking a Digital Advertising & Analytics Specialist to lead paid media performance, analytics reporting, and data-driven marketing insights across multiple brands.  This individual will serve as the organization''s subject-matter expert in digital advertising strategy, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics.
Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, paid media, or marketing analytics.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads campaign management and optimization.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards using tools including Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Supermetrics, and similar reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide recommendations.
  • Experience creating and presenting reports to leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Troy, Michigan, two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
  • Approximately 5 years of digital advertising and analytics experience.
  • Previous experience as a Google Ads Account Manager or agency-side digital marketing professional.
  • Experience presenting advertising performance and recommendations to C-suite executives.
  • Experience supporting multi-brand organizations.
  • Knowledge of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with marketing attribution and advanced analytics reporting.
  • Familiarity with the AI tools used to improve efficiency in reporting, analysis, and content development.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and marketing performance reviews.

Preferred

  • Previous experience as a Google Ads Account Manager or agency-side digital marketing professional.
  • Experience presenting advertising performance and recommendations to C-suite executives.
  • Spanish language proficiency.


This is a 6-12-month Contract with the potential to convert to a Contract with our MI client.  Employee benefits include Medical/Dental Benefits, Paid time off, Paid Holidays, and a 401(k) plan (with an immediately vested company match) available through TriCom during the contract period.  H-1 B visa sponsorship is not available for this position.  No third-parties, please.
