Job description

Join an established nephrology practice in central Orlando with three experienced nephrologists and three ARNPs. We are seeking a full-time nephrologist to provide comprehensive care to our patients in the office, hospital, and dialysis settings (HD, PD).

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board certified or board eligible in Nephrology
  • Florida medical license preferred (recent graduates welcome to apply)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $400,000 with bonus including incentive bonuses (base starting salary of $240K-$250K)
  • Annual incentive bonus based on productivity: $75,000–$100,000 annual potential in the first year
  • Compensation is expected to increase to $500K- $550K after 2 years
  • monyhly incentive bonuses
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical malpractice and family medical health insurance, 21 days paid vacation, CME and 401(k) retirement plan ,
  • Every third weekend call
  • This is a permanent, full-time position in a supportive, collegial environment.
