What You'll Do

As a Roofing Sales Manager in Training, you'll continue selling while developing the leadership skills needed to build and mentor a successful team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate residential roofing and storm restoration business
  • Manage restoration projects from inspection through completion
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Recruit and help onboard future sales representatives
  • Coach new team members through ride-alongs and field training
  • Lead by example while driving accountability and team performance
  • Help establish and grow the Nashville market
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience (required)
  • Proven success generating residential roofing sales
  • Experience working insurance restoration claims
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Leadership mindset with a passion for coaching others
  • Desire to grow into a long-term management role
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
