Highlights:

This position is local with a hybrid schedule to work onsite as needed.

Summary: The Senior Project Manageris responsible forleading complex and high-visibility projects across the organization. This role includes detailed project planning, cross-functional team leadership,riskand issue management, and ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to quality expectations. The Senior Project Manager will engage stakeholders at all levels, monitor project performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery. This position requires strong judgment, advanced project management capabilities, and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamicenvironment. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in a field of study relevant to the current position is preferred. Minimum of 6-8 years' experience in a similar or related role required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered.

License/Certification:

Two or more current, industry standard certifications for information technology or project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Expert understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, monitoring to include principles related to scope, budget, and resource management.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and guidance.

  • Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Proficiency in project management software and excellent computer literacy.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

  • Commitment to staying current with the latest project management trends, technologies, and methodologies.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects' activities concurrently.
