Quentin Family Medicine, located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, is searching for a full-time advanced practice provider (NPs and PAs will be considered) to join our team!

The Quentin team is currently comprised of 3 Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers. Quentin is located within the LGH Lebanon multi-specialty center comprised of family medicine, urgent care, lab services, imaging services inclusive of mammography, CT, MRI, and ultrasound, Cardiology, Behavioral Health, Neurology, Thoracic Surgery, Neuroscience Institute, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, as well as Diabetes and Endocrinology

All new to practice APPs will be able to take advantage of our unique, 6-month APP Onboarding Program - a combination of didactic and practical training to set providers up for success in practice.

Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

  • Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment.

  • Recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition.

  • Monitors lab results, medication adherence, and medication toxicities.

  • Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and other medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.

  • Explain and discuss procedures, test results, or prescribed treatment with the patient.

  • Coordinate work with nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other health care providers.

  • Refers patients to medical specialists when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

  • Valid, unrestricted Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number

  • Participation as a provider in good standing in the Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare programs and such other third-party-payment programs, including managed care programs in which LGMG participates.
