About the Role

Chesapeake Urology is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its inpatient urology team, offering a unique opportunity to practice at the center of acute urologic care across some of the region's leading hospitals. In this role, you will focus on hospital-based general urology, partnering closely with physicians, hospitalists, and multidisciplinary care teams to manage consults, support treatment planning, and provide inpatient rounding. As a float provider, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of clinical settings, with regular coverage at several major Baltimore-area hospitals and occasional support at additional facilities throughout the region. Backed by the resources and expertise of the Mid-Atlantic's largest urology practice, this position is ideal for an APP who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values clinical autonomy, and wants to play a meaningful role in delivering high-quality urologic care when patients need it most.
