Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) Healthcare - Clinical

ExecuSource has partnered with a growing Orthopedic and Spine group and is assisting them on a search for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for their office in Columbus, GA.

We're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing Orthopedic & Spine practice. The right candidate has hands-on experience managing musculoskeletal and spine conditions in an orthopedic, spine, or interventional pain management setting, and is ready to work closely with physicians and clinical staff in both clinic and procedural environments.

What You'll Do:
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage orthopedic and spine patients
  • Perform histories and physical examinations
  • Develop treatment plans alongside supervising physicians
  • Order and interpret imaging and diagnostic studies
  • Educate patients on treatment options, medications, and recovery
  • Assist with procedures and injections as needed
  • Manage follow-up care and coordinate referrals
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation
What You'll Need:
  • Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
  • Board certification as an NP or PA
  • 4+ years of Orthopedic, Spine, or interventional pain management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions and spine pathology
  • Experience with injections and procedural support preferred
  • Great communication and patient education skills
  • EMR proficiency
Nice to Have:
  • Orthopedic or spine surgery practice experience
  • Interventional pain management background
  • Regenerative medicine or sports medicine exposure
