Job description

Permanent Mold - 2nd shift - Monday - Thursday 3pm - 1am
Pay: $20-22/hr - Raise after 60 days!
Join the team at Eck Industries, a leader in aluminum casting and innovation for over 75 years. We're looking for hands-on Permanent Molders who take pride in precision, teamwork, and creating top-quality castings used in aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing.
What You'll Do
  • Ladle metal from furnace and pour into permanent mold tooling.
  • Remove castings from mold and inspect castings
  • Melt various alloys and degas melted alloy
  • Monitor gauges and record temperatures
  • Tend to melting furnaces
  • Maintain a clean work area to established 6S standards.

What We're Looking For
  • Manufacturing experience preferred (we'll train motivated applicants!).
  • Comfortable working with heat, metal, and precision tools.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
