We are a family-owned business entering our 40th year in operation and are excited to expand our national footprint. We are recruiting an experienced Variable Imaging Data Programmer to join our talented team of high-impact employees in our Milton, WI facility. The hours for this position are 1:30pm-10:00pm Central Time.


In this role you will:

  • Use Quadient Inspire Designer to place provided client art/text on the mail piece.
  • Analyze client data and integrate it into variable templates.
  • Prepare proofs for client approval.
  • Create finished production ready files to match provided production layouts.
  • Review the quality of the final product before the project is released to production.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with Quadient Inspire Designer (formerly GMC Printnet) or related software (XMPie, FusionPro, etc.).
  • One to three years of experience in the print industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to accurately interpret and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Commitment to meet production deadlines.
  • Communicate and collaborate with service team to ensure accuracy for each project.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • High attention to detail is a must.
