Job Summary:
MDAEdge is seeking a high-level Data Analyst to drive visual analytics and data-driven decision-making at their onsite location. The role focuses on leveraging Tableau and advanced Excel to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain high-impact Tableau dashboards and visualizations to track key business metrics.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query) to clean, manipulate, and model data for reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure reporting aligns with organizational goals.
• Maintain data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies across multiple data sources.
• Communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical leadership.
• Streamline existing reporting processes through automation and improved data visualization techniques.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau (6–9 years) including calculated fields, parameters, and dashboard optimization.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills for complex data modeling and statistical analysis.
• Minimum 6–9 years of professional experience in Data Analysis.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level Tableau solutions.
