Job description

The Center for Sleep Medicineis a progressive, AASMโ€‘accredited,100% employeeโ€‘ownedsleep center committed to delivering comprehensive, patientโ€‘centered sleep healthcare. We are seeking anENT Physicianto join our multidisciplinary team.

This position is split between ourOrland Park and Naperville, ILlocations, withthree daysin officeandonedayin the ASC/In-office procedures.

We are a dynamic and fastโ€‘paced practice dedicated to diagnosing and treating sleep disorders and related upperโ€‘airway conditions. Our collaborative team includes sleep physicians, sleep dentists, behavioral sleep medicine psychologists, and advanced practice providers. We are looking for a skilled ENT physician passionate about highโ€‘quality patient care and surgical excellence.

Position Overview

The ENT Physician will evaluate and manage patients with sleepโ€‘related breathing disorders, upperโ€‘airway obstruction, and other otolaryngologic conditions impacting sleep. This role includes both officeโ€‘based and ASC procedures and requires occasional travel to additional clinic locations as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with sleepโ€‘related ENT conditions such as obstructive sleep apnea, nasal obstruction, and tonsillar hypertrophy.
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures related to upperโ€‘airway and sleep disorders.
  • Provide both surgical and nonโ€‘surgical treatment options based on clinical best practices.
  • Perform inโ€‘office procedures and ASCโ€‘based surgical interventions as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with sleep medicine physicians, dental sleep medicine providers, and behavioral sleep medicine specialists to create integrated care plans.
  • Educate patients about diagnoses, treatment options, postoperative expectations, and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records in accordance with AASM standards and Illinois state documentation requirements.
  • Participate in practice growth, quality initiatives, and a patientโ€‘centered culture.
Qualifications
  • Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT).
  • Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain one prior to start date.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patientโ€‘education skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a highโ€‘volume, multidisciplinary clinical setting.
  • BC/BE in Sleep Medicine isnot requiredbut is aplus
Work Schedule
  • Inโ€‘office hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 3 days per week for patient appointments.
  • 1 day per week ASC/In-office procedures.
