Job description

Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists, a division of Sentara Medical Group, is seeking a Part-Time Anesthesiologist to join the team at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, a 525-bed tertiary care facility. SNGH is home to the only Level I Adult Trauma Center and burn trauma unit in Hampton Roads and serves as the primary teaching hospital for Eastern Virginia Medical School.

The hospital provides a full range of surgical services, including general, pediatric, gynecologic, orthopedic, plastic, podiatry, urology, and ENT procedures. SNGH is Magnet-designated for nursing excellence and an accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center, with specialties in neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, spine care, advanced imaging, behavioral health, and women s and neonatal care.

Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists is a premier team of board-certified anesthesiologists and CRNAs caring for over 15,000 patients annually, focused on high-quality, patient-centered care supported by safety and performance metrics.
