Job description

We are hiring an A-Level Automotive Technician with elite diagnostic, electrical, mechanical, and computer systems expertise. This role is for a top-tier technician who can diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues across modern platforms including gas, diesel, hybrid, ADAS, and autonomous systems.
This position offers clear advancement opportunities into Master Technician, Diesel Specialist, Hybrid/EV Specialist, and Foreman roles โ€” each with additional hourly pay.
Responsibilities

Advanced Diagnostics
ย 
  • Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and computer system failures
    ย 
  • Utilize and train others on advanced scan tools and diagnostic platforms
    ย 
  • Program vehicle control modules (ECU, TCM, BCM, etc.) using OEM and aftermarket tools (Cardaq, RAP systems, etc.)
    ย 
  • Diagnose faults using oscilloscopes and thermal imaging (FLIR)
    ย 
  • Diagnose noise, vibration, drivability, and body control issues
    ย 
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
    ย 
Electrical & Fabrication
ย 
  • Perform advanced electrical diagnostics and repairs
    ย 
  • Fabricate wiring systems from scratch when required
    ย 
  • Perform precision repairs without unnecessary component removal
    ย 
  • Fabricate brake and mechanical components as needed
    ย 
  • Apply creative problem-solving when standard repair paths are unavailable

Advanced Systems Experience

  • Hybrid and electric vehicle diagnostics and repair

  • ADAS, RADAR, and LIDAR systems (Plus but not required)

  • Light-duty diesel systems including:
    • High-pressure oil systems
    • Fuel injector systems (EUI / HEUI)
    • Turbocharger systems
    • Air induction and exhaust systems
    • Electronic diesel engine controls
